About Anton Tumas:

Los Angeles based record label and event organizer Subtract Music was born out of refusal to compromise. Curated by Anton Tumas via intimate music gatherings and releases by forward thinking artists from all around the globe, it’s a direct extension of his distinct taste for all things emotional, subtle and elegant, with a bit of dance floor funk thrown in for good measure!

Anton’s drive and laser-like focus quickly convinced prodigious artists such as Guy J, Martin Buttrich, Tom Middleton and Robert Babicz to jump on-board, not to mention an eclectic repertoire of up and coming talent. In fact, it was Guy J’s acclaimed remix of “Forme” that really put the label on the map, selling thousands of downloads, charting over 150 times and reaching #3 position in Beatport’s Techno Top 10. Such success can be tough to follow, but after taking nearly a year break, Subtract came back stronger than ever with a pair of Martin Buttrich remixes, one of which became Martin’s best-selling track!

Being responsible for debut of Henry Saiz quickly cemented its reputation as a risk taker, and in 2012 Subtract Music was asked to curate its own stage “subMoon” for the annual LA Burning Man Decompression festival. Featuring some of the best local techno talent, subMoon became the festivals’ most popular stage, keeping thousands of people at a fever pitch for 12 hours. What followed was a series of intimate events with the likes of Pezzner, Tigerskin and Izhevski, as well as open-airs that saw more than 800 people dancing all-day under the sun! 2013 also marked another milestone as the label teamed-up with Burning Man’s largest daytime camp DISTRIKT for yet another LA Decompression stage, creating the subDISTRIKT concept in the process.

Opting-out of the conveyor-belt approach, Subtract Music puts out 2 to 3 releases per year, readily supported by the likes of John Digweed, Lee Burridge, Sasha, Maceo Plex and Guy Gerber. 2014 sees more impeccably curated gatherings full of smiles and great vibes, as well as releases from young and seasoned producers.

About John ’00’ Fleming:

John 00 Fleming is an artist who has achieved international success in a career spanning over 20 years without dishonouring his musical essence or fans. With over 10 million album sales and 30 produced mix compilations, John’s a proven musical pioneer whose essence lies in what his fans call, ‘the J00F sound’. The J00F sound is as unpretentious as the artist, and is best described as deep and textured progressively edged trance, in an electronic dance music style that is an antithesis to what is normally produced within the genre.

In an industry rife in self worship and mirror gazing, John is characterised by a passion and ability to connect audiences by injecting his unique underground musical style, and not his ego, into the mainstream vein. This connection has manifested in ten mix compilations and five singles in the UK Top 40 charts on iconic labels: Virgin, EMI and Warner Music. It has also seen him headline major events worldwide, seeing in over 10,000 appearances at the likes of Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, Ministry of Sound and Global Gathering, through to Holland’s Dance Valley, Serbia’s Exit Festival, Brazil’s Exxxperience, Australia’s Future music festivals, Belgium’s Tomorrowland, and the U.S.A’s Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC).

John’s renown lies in his desire to give back to his fans. His much lauded 2010 BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix has spawned J00F Editions, an international tour which innovatively refocuses the music onto the club and its clubbers. J00F Editions resurrects the scene of old, and reintroduces the clubbing experience to extended sets, new sounds and new artists to deliver a true musical journey devoid of fluff and predictive cliché that has quickly gained international respect, residencies and support from other leading figures such as Dave Seaman, Avalon, Passion and Ministry of sound. JOOF Editions has been a huge success.

John’s record label, J00F Recordings, and his monthly radio show, Global Trance Grooves, broadcast on iTunes, Ministry of Sound radio and DI. FM provides John another path to walk his own line. Here, he promotes rising stars in addition to giving over four million subscribed fans the latest in J00F’s inimitable sounds.

About Johnny Yono:

American DJ/Producer Johnny Yono was a late bloomer within the Electronic Dance Music scene. Born and raised in a suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan — his passion for electronic music began in the late 90’s when he was sucked in to the Motor City’s underground rave scene.

Johnny kickstarted 2013 in high gear after delivering his collaboration with Mike Danis titled, “Ambrosia” which gained immediate support from Armin on ASOT, Above & Beyond on ‘Group Therapy Radio’ and was included on the ‘Enhanced Sessions Vol. 3’ compilation mixed by Daniel Kandi and Estiva. Just a month later, came his massive remix of “Sucker Punch” from Tangle & Mateusz Vs. Lele Troniq, which won the “Push the Button” vote on Group Therapy with Above & Beyond. He then further cemented his establishment on Lange Recordings with his hit single, “Orion” — once again, grabbing Armin’s attention with a spin on ASOT. The track acquired additional support from Paul van Dyk on ‘VONYC Sessions’, Gareth Emery, Judge Jules and many others as well as being included on ‘Trance World – Vol. 18’ mixed by Protoculture.

His music has seen support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, Paul van Dyk, Dash Berlin, Gareth Emery, Judge Jules, Paul Oakenfold, W&W, Lange, Andy Moor, Max Graham, Protoculture, Tritonal, Daniel Kandi and Bobina to name just a few.
