With so much to do this New Year’s Eve, it can be a TOUGH decision to figure out your plans. For one thing, most of the Los Angeles massives have traveled outside of the city to Orange County, and given that enough promotion has gone into getting the word out about events like Together As One and White Wonderland, I won’t focus on those events here.
