It’s been almost a full year since our first event, and we are bringing back the best performances from all of our events over the past year. Featuring the best local talent in LA, 333 Live will be transformed into a city of lights and sound, bringing an intricate blend of House, Electro, Techno, Progressive and Bass.

“Resurrect LA” represents a campaign to showcase the best of underground electronic dance music, from the city which is leading the scene across the entire world: Los Angeles :)

Establishing a strong foothold in Downtown Los Angeles, the Resurrect LA project is on a mission to showcase the greatest of local underground talent, in a place which accepts all types of individuals in whichever attire they wish to adorn.

Featuring the freshest talent local to LA, supported by key groups and masters behind the scenes for decades running, Resurrect LA was formed as a platform to reinforce all of the elements that the EDM community was originally built upon. Mark Sherry has been working in the studio and touring the globe relentlessly over the past year. He has played main stage sets at events such as the premium trance club ‘Circus Afterhours’ in Montreal with John Digweed, the ‘Envy’ boat party in Toronto with Shogun, the huge ‘Mandarine’ club in Buenos Aires with Richard Durand, Trance Nation’ and ‘Gatecrasher Global’ both in Holland with Paul Oakenfold, Marco V, Andy Moor, Sean Tyas, Marcel Woods & more plus recently on his own home turf at the mighty ‘Coloursfest’ event in Glasgow alongside the likes of Paul van Dyk, Hardwell, Mark Knight, Markus Schulz, John O’Callaghan, John Askew, Indecent Noise, Bryan Kearney and loads more! Also, this year Los Angeles, New York and Mexico will also be conquered very soon by the tech-trance maestro!

The Scottish ‘Vestax DJ20’ is a brand new DJ poll that was launched last year to help promote and increase awareness of Scotland’s very own home-grown talent. Scotland’s DJ’s have been pioneering Electronic Dance Music since the very beginning but all too often they haven’t received the recognition they truly deserve, until now that is. The people spoke in their droves and voted for Mark, putting him in a very well deserved 2nd place in the poll!

About ANDR3X:

ANDR3X | ANDREW ANDREX | 3X are the multiple personas behind one artist with many passions. Based out of Orange County, California, ANDR3X has been involved in Electronic Music since the mid-80′s. From the moment he picked up his first Depeche Mode album, he realized this music was where he belonged.

In his early college years, he studied multimedia and worked as a computer technician. Later moving on to work for Yamaha Corporation and legendary synthesizer manufacturer EMU. He programmed several of their synthesizers and drum machines including the Yamaha AN200, DX200, and EMU XL-7, MP-7 along with the original Yamaha Motif keyboard. With all of his technical background, he eventually built his own studio and produced some of his first white label remixes under the name “The Nephewz.”

As if his passion for the studio was not enough, he also worked tirelessly promoting the music and culture during the 90′s Rave Scene. His “Subliminal” warehouse parties united the scene in Southern California with DJs such as Christopher Lawrence, Sandra Collins, and Mr. Kool-Aid to name a few.

Fast forward to the present and he is still as passionate about the music as ever. Ultimately progressing into a DJ/Producer/Promoter, ANDR3X is today committed to reaching out to all music lovers, exposing Electronic Music and connecting people on the dance floor.

Formerly a managing partner with renowned Electronic event production company Giant at the historic Yost Theater, ANDR3X’s involvement included everything from promoting, talent buying, to DJing, allowing him to gain a wide range of knowledge and experience from working with the best in the industry.

With a consistent weekly 9 year run in the business, ANDR3X shows no signs of slowing down. He currently has two weekly events: Element and Elektronik, each extremely unique yet with one commonality, genuine Electronic Music.

ELEMENT on Thursdays at Sutra in Costa Mesa. With the current explosion of EDM in the United States, Sutra has quickly proven to be a leader on the West Coast, providing not only premiere talent but premium club service Orange County has never before experienced. The hugely popular Sutra5 +1 event uniquely showcases six consecutive days of all-star EDM talent that is second-to-none; artists such as Calvin Harris, Laidback Luke, Paul Van Dyk, and Armin Van Buuren have performed to an intimate, sold-out crowd. ELEKTRONIK on Saturdays at Avec Nightclub in Huntington Beach. Created by Andr3x himself, Elektronik is a weekly event dedicated to exposing all genres of Electronic Music as well as promoting new talent. As head of marketing and artist bookings, he has effectively cultivated an Electronic Music scene in Southern California while also helping to develop and brand many overlooked artists. Elektronik has successfully produced more than 160 shows and booked over 300 DJs in the last four years, from recognized headliners to up-and-comers. On the DJ and production end, ANDR3X is a resident for his own Elektronik Saturday weekly along with Element (www.sutraoc.com) performing regularly alongside international headliners. ANDR3X has shared the stage with ARMIN VAN BUURREN, FERRY CORSTEN, ABOVE AND BEYOND, ATB, GARETH EMERY, and COSMIC GATE to name a few.

In March of 2012, ANDR3X was invited by the massively celebrated Winter Music Conference (www.wintermusicconference.com) in Miami, Florida to speak on a panel seminar focused on event organizing and promotions as well as artist development and branding.

Currently he is working on a new mix compilation along with an artist album expected to arrive at the end of this year.

His current remix of French Indie Rock band Phoenix – 1901 received phenomenal support throughout the internet, charting #3 on Hype Machine (www.hypem.com).

His mix compilation “Believe In Music (Volume 1)” tells the story of the music and movement that brought him to this point. It’s been highly acclaimed by many as one of the best mix compilations that has emerged from the scene in several years.
